• 6 to 11 months – $1,100 per week (excluding utilities)
• 1 to 5 months – $ 1,175 per week (excluding utilities)
• 28 days – $1,350 per week (includes utilities, excludes internet)
- Security deposit: $3,500 (1-3 months stay) / equivalent to 1 month’s rent at other times.

- Each additional guest over five people: $70
- Cleaning service with bedding change: $330 per service
- One-time exit cleaning fee (1-3 months): $475 (4 months and above): $650
